  • Als Support-Experte bist du verantwortlich für die Behebung von technischen Störungen und die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs.
  • Deine Mission besteht darin, unsere Kunden mit höchster Qualität zu unterstützen und ihre Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
Besondere Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung.
  • Kenntnisse von Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse von Windows Clients und Microsoft 365 sind ebenfalls erwünscht.
