- Visual Merchandising: Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell-through optimization on a daily basis.
- Logistics: Ensure smooth transportation of products in collaboration with the product operations team.
- You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail and leading teams; experience in the sports industry is a plus.
- You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and coordinate cross-functional teams from start to finish.
- You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, and you are adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You speak both English and German fluently.
