Innenarchitekt /Einrichtungs-Berater als RETAIL-MANAGER "Sales Store & Service" (w/m)

Premium-Konsumgüter im Fokus Ihrer neuen Herausforderung Moderne Designs, innovative Kreationen und eine überzeugende Marktstellung zeichnen die qualitäts- und trendmässig einzigartigen Produkte und Dienstleistungen meines Kunden, ein national bestens bekanntes und lokal verankertes Unternehmen mit Pionierstatus im Segment von hochwertigen und langlebigen Konsumgütern aus dem Büro- und Wohnbereich mit grossem Showroom in Zürich-City. Ich bin mit der Suche beauftragt nach einer verkaufs- und beratungsstarken Persönlichkeit mit Drive und Enthusiasmus (machen Sie aus Ihrem Beruf eine Leidenschaft . .)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Hauptverantwortung über den gesamten Retail-Bereich des Unternehmens, von der Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsverantwortung über die strategisch-konzeptionellen Aufgaben bis hin zu Change-Projekten in Bezug auf Marktveränderungen und Digitalisierung
  • Aus- und Aufbau von bestehenden respektive neuen Geschäftsfeldern, Akquisition und Betreuung von Projekten im Bereich Gesamteinrichtungen und Planungen
  • Personelle und fachliche Führung der Retail- und Verkauf-Innendienst-Teams bestehend aus Sales-, und Beratungs- und Sachbearbeitungs-Spezialisten sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich Fachwissen, Aussenwirkung und Methodenkompetenz
  • Aktive Mitwirkung im Shop-Business sowie persönliche Betreuung von Architekten, Beeinflussern sowie Lieferanten und Produzenten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Inhaberschaft, Mitarbeit bei interdisziplinären Spezialprojekten im gesamten Unternehmen (Marketing, Kollektions-Entwicklungen etc.), Organisation und Teilnahme an Ausstellungen, Messen und Events

Ihr Profil:

  • Grundausbildung im Bereich Architektur, Möbel, Einrichtungen oder vergleichbarem Know-how plus Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Verkauf und/oder Retail
  • Leistungsausweis in einer operativen Gesamttätigkeit bezüglich Verkauf und Planung im Umfeld von Inneneinrichtungen, Wohnen und Accessoires
  • Mehrere Jahre Führungs-Erfahrung in einem Unternehmen mit flacher Hierarchie im lokalen respektive nationalen Retail-Markt
  • Perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gutes Business-Englisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil, wohnhaft und vernetzt in der Region Zürich
  • Gute Computer-Kenntnisse (Microsoft-Palette, ERP-System), Organisationstalent, sicheres und dynamisches Auftreten, begeisterungsfähig und lösungsorientiert, Persönlichkeit mit "sportlicher Einstellung"
