We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Team Effectiveness Lead to join our team at Roche.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving ongoing development and performance in the P&OG Consulting AoP, specifically in the Team Effectiveness space.

Your primary focus will be on establishing consistent best practices, developing and implementing an ongoing capability building strategy, and providing coaching and guidance to consultants.

You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert, working directly with the business on strategically important projects or initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Team Effectiveness Community.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish consistent best practices in Team Effectiveness and ensure they are available and leveraged across Consulting, P&C, and the business
* Develop and implement an ongoing capability building strategy for Team Effectiveness
* Provide coaching and guidance to consultants
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert and work directly with the business on strategically important projects or initiatives
* Establish and maintain the Team Effectiveness Community

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 10 years relevant consulting or business experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity
* Deep expertise and experience in Organization Development, especially in the area of Team Effectiveness
* Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills
* Excellent track record of partnering and collaboration within P&C and with other parts of the organization
* Experience developing and coaching consultants
* Exceptional system-thinking and enterprise mindset with a focus on creating business impact
* Proven project and senior stakeholder management skills in a highly complex and matrix environment
* Formal (or informal) leadership experience, including experience in leading capability building efforts
* Demonstrated courage and ability to face into ambiguous situations, pushing back and challenge the status quo
* Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies applied in an enterprise-wide context
* Fluent English language skills are a must, other languages a plus

Location

Proximity to a major Roche site is preferred; at the hiring manager's discretion, other locations may be considered.
