Small Molecule Design Expert

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and creation of global standard operating procedures across our pharma manufacturing facilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop small molecules design guidelines based on existing internal best practices.
- Collaborate with function and area SMEs to assimilate and develop process best practices for SOP integration.
- Provide subject matter expertise for the design standard of new facilities for the production of small molecule APIs.
- A Master's degree in Engineering (process, pharmaceutical, biochemical engineering or equivalent) is required.
- Long-time project management experience in the small molecules area in multiple international environments.
- Experience with cGMP rules and requirements for chemical API production.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience managing matrix-based cross-functional teams.
- The ability to understand and challenge design concepts and establish project execution plans.
- Very good English and German skills (B1/B2), oral and writing preferred.
