Sales Representative

Your Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer inquiries, including price or quotation requests, and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to prepare quotations and project calculations.
• Develop reference offers for products, services, and solutions for customers who require minimal guidance or technical advice.
• Manage order processing, from initial customer contact to receipt of payment, excluding dispatch processing.
• Coordinate delivery dates and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Maintain written and oral customer contact with distribution partners and end customers worldwide.
• Generate high-quality leads through customer interactions and qualification.
• Support the creation of compliance documentation, pre-qualification documents, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Maintain CRM data and ERP master data, as well as prices, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  Your Ideal Profile

  • Hold basic commercial training or possess extensive experience in an international sales environment.
  • Possess further training as a sales specialist FA, if applicable.
  • Be proficient in the use of the MS Office suite.
  • Have experience working with ERP/CRM systems, preferably SAPbD, SAP R3, or S4 Hana.
  • Speak fluent German and possess excellent written and spoken English, with any additional language skills being an advantage.
