Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Employee to join our team at Leister Technologies AG. As an Internal Sales Employee, you will be responsible for processing incoming enquiries, preparing quotations and project calculations, and ensuring CRM data maintenance.

Your Tasks

  • Process incoming enquiries, including price or quotation requests, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quotations and project calculations in collaboration with the Sales Managers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure CRM data maintenance, including updating customer information and tracking sales leads.
  • Support the Sales Team in generating leads, qualifying sales opportunities, and maintaining high-quality leads.
  • Assist in the creation of compliance documentation, pre-qualification documents, and NDAs.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic commercial training or many years of professional experience in an international sales environment. Proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite and experience in working with ERP/CRM systems are also essential. Fluency in German and very good written and spoken English are required.
