Identity and Access Management Leader Job Description

This position requires a leader who can drive the implementation of identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, including identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Implement continuous monitoring and enhancement of IAM solutions.
  • Drive merger initiatives between firms and address key IAM-related challenges.
  • Facilitate and drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of CyberArk's PAM solutions and SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory and Azure Integration Services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection within the Microsoft Entra framework.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps principles.
  • Knowledge of security standards and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficient in the English language.
