Project Procurement Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Leader to join our team and take ownership of procurement activities for high-value infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CAPEX investment projects and thrive in complex construction and manufacturing environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement execution strategies for large-scale investment projects.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including expediting, contract management, and closeout.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless vendor collaboration with EPCM/EPC partners and key suppliers.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience managing large-scale CAPEX procurement projects.
  • Strong understanding of plant construction, equipment sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Commercial and contract management skills, including supplier management, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations.
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset, with the ability to work efficiently in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Business-focused analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results.
