Job RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced small molecule screening expert to join our team.
You will be responsible for leading and implementing our internal screening setup, working closely with our biology team to develop and optimize assays.
- Develop and implement high-throughput screening assays to identify molecular glues.
- Collaborate with medicinal chemistry experts to validate assays and generate screening results.
- Optimize screening protocols to ensure robustness, sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility.
- Establish and run the screening platform for both small-scale screens and regular compound profiling.
- Manage and troubleshoot screening technologies to ensure optimal performance and quality of screening results.
- Critically evaluate and optimize screening assays to identify hits for targeted drug discovery programs.
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in small molecule screening.
- Good knowledge of in vitro pharmacology concepts and various biochemical and cellular assay formats.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to forge productive relationships and collaborations.
