We are looking for an experienced Industrial Quality Systems Manager to join our Quality Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Quality Management System.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and achieve customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us drive business success and shape the future of robotics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to gather feedback on product performance and implement improvements
  • Identify areas for process improvement in QC, QA, and QP throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality management, manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • Proven track record in implementing and operating ISO 9001 or other quality frameworks
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management, including setting up and maintaining management systems
  • Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management
  • Language: English (fluency required)
