About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management Specialist to join our team at 0877 Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA. As a key member of our Wealth Management business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of private clients, providing tailored financial solutions and advice to meet their individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including investment managers and product specialists, to deliver a comprehensive wealth management service.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing business relationships and acquire new clients, in line with the bank's business proposition.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver DB's value proposition, leveraging other DB divisions where possible.
  • Contribute to the achievement of a high-performing team, supporting the business/growth strategy, plans, and values.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and cross-border rules.
  • Professional integrity and a commitment to upholding the bank's values and code of conduct.
