Was ist die Aufgabe?

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Distribution Channel Management, der unsere Vertriebsstrategie in den KMU-Vertriebskanälen entwickelt und umsetzt. Als Mitglied unseres Führungsteams bist du verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Sicherstellung des Vertriebs unseres Angebotsportfolios in den KMU-Vertriebskanälen sowie für die Einführung neuer Services im Vertrieb.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in den KMU-Vertriebskanälen
  • Steuerung und Sicherstellung des Vertriebs unseres Angebotsportfolios
  • Einführung neuer Services im Vertrieb
  • Führung eines Teams von etwa zehn Channel Managern
  • Koordination des Multichannel-Vertriebs
  • Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Erreichung der Vertriebsziele

Was du benötigst:

  • Erfahrung in der Marktbearbeitung im direkten und indirekten Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Geschäftskundensegment/SME-Segment
  • Kenntnisse des ICT-Marktes und nachgewiesene Erfahrungen im Produkt-, Sales- oder Marketingmanagement
  • Erfahrungen in Go-to-Market-Vorhaben (Produkteinführung) sowie in der Absatzsteuerung
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch; Französisch von Vorteil
