Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Company Secretary & Group Counsel in all areas of their function, including compilation and maintenance of company files, assistance in preparation and updating of organisational regulations, and more.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of organisational regulations, policies, function charts, guidelines for corporate governance, and risk management.
  • Support the Company Secretary & Group Counsel in all areas of their function, including applications for entry and cancellation of changes in the commercial register.
  • Assist with the organisation of corporate governance.

Your Profile:

  • Swiss licence to practise law.
  • Several years (at least 5-7 years) of experience in legal counselling with a focus on corporate law and contract law.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong negotiator and assertive.
  • Team player.
