Senior Graphic Design Specialist

As a Graphic Designer at Smood, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually compelling assets that resonate with our target audience. We are looking for a talented team player who is comfortable juggling between different projects and priorities.

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials, from print collateral to digital assets and video content. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Design across platforms: Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, posters, websites, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  • Video design: Develop engaging video content for social media platforms, including storyboards, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Brand consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
  • Innovation: Maintain the ability to propose original creative concepts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets on time.
  • Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Expertise in developing appealing content for social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
