Post-Merger Integration Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Post-Merger Integration Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired companies into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop integration strategies and design standard integration processes and tools
  • Develop comprehensive post-merger integration plans, tailored to specific acquisitions, that include all functional areas, such as finance, human resources, operations, and technology
  • Ensure that all integration activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of all systems, processes, and technologies
  • Supervise the proper implementation of integration plans
  • Coordinate with the business the consolidation of duplicate functions and the rationalization of resources
  • Ensure that all relevant stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers, are effectively engaged and informed throughout the integration process
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the integration
  • Identify and evaluate potential synergies and benefits from the integration of assets and operations
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a post-merger integration manager, with a track record of successfully leading mid-sized integrations, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with M&A processes and best practices, as well as experience with post-merger integration planning and execution – ideally with 'hand's on' experience
  • English proficiency is a must, any other language is an asset
