Region Services Director

We are looking for a experienced Region Services Director, based in Lausanne or Lyon, to cover one of your key market. This is a great opportunity to join a global company in a highly professional and dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a key Region covering Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Caucasus, and Russia.

In this position, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Build up an integrated Services function across the Region for effectively supporting services business development in alignment with BOBST strategy and in collaboration with the BU Printing & Converting
- Develop and implement the Business Plan & Regional Services sales strategy
- Be accountable for Services sales results and growth
- Lead and continuously develop the Services teams
- Improve and maintain customer satisfaction in the Region

In particular, you will:

- Lead the Services team in the Region (100+ people in total, of which 3 direct reports)
- Drive organizational and people performance. Develop the team, build a pipeline to support Services efficiency continuous improvement
- Deliver the Region P&L as per objectives, generate and follow-up the projects pipeline
- Build up an effective Services organization in the Region in alignment with business development needs and the strategy
- Develop an effective strategy for sales of services and parts
- Manage the budget process with the relevant stakeholders
- Be an ambassador of the Company in term of corporate culture and business behaviors
- Ensure a strong collaboration across Business Units and support the business model, bundle service deals with Machine sales
- Be the reference to customer, in charge of key accounts
- Is the interface to Product Lines: regarding relevant commercial/ customer-specific issues
- In charge of the agents network for the Zone
- Responsible for contracts quality and discounts

You have the following background:

- A university degree in business or engineering with post graduate in business
- 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years on the similar position
- In depth machinery business and client service knowledge
- A proven track record in developing commercial relationships and consistently delivering high-impact results to meet clients’ needs
- International experience in a matrix environment

And the below described profile:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strategic mindset, with ability to identify areas for business improvement and growt
- Sharp financial and business skills
- Fluent in English and French, any other language is an asset
- Available to travel extensively
