About Our Client
We are working with a global investment manager whose private equity secondaries team is launching their 5th vintage. This team focuses on the full range of secondary transactions as well as co-investments in Europe.
Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing new secondary investment opportunities through relationships with GPs and intermediaries
- Reviewing investment proposals and conducting due diligence
- Managing transaction closing processes and monitoring portfolio performance
- Supporting client-facing activities such as update calls and investor meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in private equity (primaries and/or secondaries)
- Expertise in financial modelling, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance
- University degree from a top-tier institution
- Fluent English language skills, any other European language an asset
