We are a global investment manager looking for a seasoned investor to join our private equity secondaries team in Geneva or Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing new secondary investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and managing the closing process of transactions.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new secondary investment opportunities through existing relationships with GPs and intermediaries
- Detailed review and due diligence of investment opportunities
- Prepare investment proposals and manage the closing process of transactions
- Ensure monitoring and reporting process of the investment portfolio
- Support in client facing activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in private equity (primaries and/or secondaries)
- Expertise in financial modelling, financial accounting and corporate finance
- University or equivalent degree from a top tier institution
- English fluent, any other European language an asset
