Key Responsibilities- Financial Operations Management: Oversee the daily accounting and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to provide insights for business decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and tax requirements, minimizing risk and ensuring financial stability.
- Payroll Management: Manage the payroll process, including payroll calculations, deductions, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions, including budgeting and forecasting.
- System Implementation and Optimization: Implement and optimize accounting and payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English (proficient to native).
- Certifications: CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations, as well as experience with payroll processing and understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Bexio and Xero.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
