Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Zurich, Switzerland.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for transforming digitally every aspect of our bank, from trading to payments, research distribution, digital signature, client on-boarding, and corporate actions.
You will work closely with our internal IT and security departments to define business processes, user experience journeys, and systems integration maps to produce software specifications.
Your responsibilities will include selecting external solutions and partners, coordinating external developers and consultants, monitoring software developments, and rolling out and promoting solutions.
Requirements- A technology degree from a top-tier university with 10 years of practical experience in the field of technology in a leading Swiss private bank
- A deep understanding of the private banking business and its related activities (compliance, AML, back office, etc.)
- A proven track record of project management, risk management, agile development methods, writing business and technical specifications
- A good understanding of Avaloq, data modeling, user experience, API-based frameworks, and agile methodologies
- Experience with JIRA or Confluence is an advantage
- A true team player, open-minded, creative, yet very precise and articulate with strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English in addition to either French or German
We offer a competitive salary package of approximately CHF 120,000 - 180,000 per year, depending on experience.
