Digital Transformation Strategist

Your RoleAs Digital Transformation Strategist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation across all aspects of the bank, including trading, payments, research distribution, digital signatures, client onboarding, and corporate actions. Your role will span the entire value chain, requiring a global perspective and expertise in software solutions.
Your Responsibilities- Develop business processes, user experience journeys, and systems integration maps to create detailed software specifications.
- Select external solutions and partners to support our digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal IT and security departments while coordinating with external developers and consultants.
- Monitor software development progress, identifying potential risks and providing accurate reporting.
- Lead the rollout and promotion of digital solutions, participating in change management activities and analyzing their impact.
- A technology degree from a top-tier university with 10 years of practical experience in the field of technology within a leading Swiss private bank.
- Deep understanding of the private banking business and its related activities, including compliance, AML, back office operations, etc.
- Proven track record of project management, risk management, agile development methods, and writing business and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Avaloq, data modeling, user experience, API-based frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA or Confluence is an advantage.
- A true team player with excellent analytical skills, able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in either French or German.
