About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Anliker AG Bauunternehmung. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert calculations and estimations for building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accurate and efficient calculation methods for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities for cost savings
  • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and analyses to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quantity surveying
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or equivalent role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
