Broadgate is partnered with a high-growth Hedge Fund in Zurich, looking to hire a Fixed Income Portfolio Administrator. The fund runs a Fixed Income strategy and is ready to launch a brand new fund.

This role will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hedge fund and will offer you a chance to be a key contributor to the growth of a brand new hedge fund.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting traders with trade execution and settlement
  • Supporting NAV Reconciliations and month end processes
  • Ensuring operational compliance with internal policy and external regulation
  • Supporting client onboarding and KYC processes
  • Responsible for portfolio administration tasks
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Requirements: Essential

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics related subject
  • 1-2 years of hedge fund operations or fixed income trading experience
  • Basic understanding of FX Transactions
  • Professional certification such as CFA, CAIA, CIPM or CA
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Experience of risk management

As the fund continues to grow there will be good career progression opportunities.
