About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Operations team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the personnel management and development of your employees, as well as the daily tasks in the production area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, assess, coach, and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
- Set priorities and allocate resources to meet deadlines and drive business results.
- Participate in the investigation of deviations and improvement projects to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Guarantee security, GMP compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
- Create and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Recognize, interpret, and correct deviations to maintain quality and productivity.
- Compare cross-company process steps to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing shift handovers, inspections, and creating instructions.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a shift team leader, deputy, or system specialist in organic production.
- Comprehensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area.
- Experience in installing and handling manufacturing plants, as well as coordinating resources and work processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering.
- Fluency in English (written and oral), with German being an advantage.
- A structured, focused, and organized way of working, with assertiveness, motivation, and the ability to work independently, flexibly, and resiliently.
