As an integral part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing project plans, ensuring timely completion and motivating team members;
  • Spearheading the improvement of various mechanical systems and components;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, validate, and verify requirements aligned with FAR/EASA-CS 23 regulations;
  • Establishing technical partnerships with external suppliers of systems and components;
  • Crafting comprehensive test reports and certification documents;
  • Providing expert support to production and in-service technical inquiries;

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering from a recognized institution;
  • At least five years of experience in aerospace mechanical systems within a development, integration & certification environment;
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more aircraft mechanical systems such as electromechanical actuation, air conditioning system, electronic control system etc.;
  • Familiarity with CS/FAR Part 23 and RTCA DO-160, -178, -254, SAE ARP 4754A, and ARP 4761 standards;
  • Demonstrated expertise in project and supplier management, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges;
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multinational work environment. Strong written and spoken English is essential (CEFR Level C2 or IELTS 8), with German language skills being advantageous;
