The Fund Commission and Fee Specialist role is a challenging position within the Fee & Billing team, responsible for calculating fund commissions and invoicing portfolio management fees. Key responsibilities include various fund commission calculations, invoicing mandate management fees, initiating commission payments, and performing feasibility checks of new distribution/rebate agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Calculate fund commissions, including trailer fees, rebates, platform- and service fees
- Invoice mandate management fees
- Initiate commission payments and re-investments in funds
- Check the conditions and calculation methodologies of new distribution/rebate agreements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field, preferably in fund commission or portfolio management fee calculation
- Strong analytical and technical skills as well as attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
