Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Patient Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating patient treatment schedules through our scheduling software
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and clinical partners
- Identifying and resolving complex scheduling issues
- Providing excellent customer service to patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or business administration
- Proven experience in patient scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in computer software, including SAP
