The Growth Office department is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and development across the institution. We oversee market expansion, business development, and partnerships to enhance EHL's global presence.

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a substantial role in the management and coordination of various strategic initiatives to deliver EHL Group's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Strategic Project Director in defining and implementing the EHL Group strategy, focusing on internationalization, portfolio development, and strategic initiative management.">
  • Drive the management of selected strategic initiatives in collaboration with various departments, including academic, research, marketing, innovation, and finance.">
">

Requirements:

">
  • A master's degree in business administration, hospitality, management, engineering, data analysis, or a related field.">
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting top-tier companies or strategic project management roles in corporates.">
  • Excellent business expertise, financial planning, and project management skills.">
  • Strong experience in coordinating resources, establishing priorities, and leading cross-functional teams.">
  • Advanced leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Fluency in English, French, and German is a plus.">
