Nous ouvrons un poste de Project Lead ITSM tool dont la mission principale sera de déployer un nouvel outil ITSM (ServiceNow) et de gérer la migration vers celui ci.

**Tâches attendues**:
Participer à l’établissement de la proposition de projet, le planning, l’organisation, la démarche, les rôles et responsabilités et les ressources internes.
- Contrôler et valider la disponibilité des ressources internes au cours du projet.
- Préparer et mettre à jour (ou organiser) le suivi hebdomadaire des activités projet des ressources internes.
- Participer à la gestion du planning et aux revues d’avancement en assurant le relais auprès des ressources internes impliqués dans le projet.
- Informer les ressources internes des actions à mener et des décisions du projet.
- Mobiliser et coordonner les activités projet des ressources internes.
- S’assurer de la production des livrables informatiques dans les coûts, délais et qualité prévus.
- Participer à la préparation des Comités de Pilotage, et au comité de pilotage.
- Participer à la réalisation du plan de conduite de changement et à sa mise en œuvre.
- Planifier et coordonner les tests techniques et fonctionnels.
- Suivre les indicateurs de pilotage sur le périmètre IT (budget, charges, livrables, problèmes, risques) et préparer les solutions de résolution ou couverture des problèmes et risques.
- En tenant compte des processus cibles, valider les solutions applicatives et techniques mises en œuvre.
- Gérer la bonne exécution des contrats avec les sous-traitants éventuels.
- Coordonner l’activité des ressources internes impliquées dans le projet.
- Vérifier le bon transfert de compétences entre les équipes du projet et les équipes qui seront chargées de la gestion de la solution après son déploiement.
- 3 ans dans la gestion d’un projet complet de déploiement de flux d’organisation dans des
- départements informatiques d’au moins 80 à 100 collaborateurs
- Francophone et bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Maitrise de ServiceNow (et si possible connaissance de EasyVista)
- Francais obligatoire, connaissance de l'anglais
- Home office 40%
