Job Title: Field Service Technician

Verity is a leading innovator in autonomous indoor drone systems, revolutionizing inventory tracking for big box retailers, third-party logistics providers, and manufacturers worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for on-site installations of Verity's cutting-edge systems in our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installations of Verity's system following established procedures.
  • Conduct thorough tests and calibrations to ensure systems operate as expected.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintaining accurate records of tasks.
  • Provide continuous feedback on processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Be willing to travel internationally, up to 100% of the time, and work nights and weekends during these trips.
Requirements:
  • Technical certifications or vocational training.
  • Previous experience in installing integrated systems encompassing hardware and software.
  • Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments, schedules, and unforeseen challenges.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages would be advantageous.
  • Experience in setting up network equipment.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Familiarity with Linux and basic terminal commands.
