Trainee Marketing Professional in Polymers

As a trainee in our polymers industry entry program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry while developing your skills and knowledge. You will support international trade fairs, develop engaging designs and multimedia content, and manage relationships with external vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Support international trade fairs, including lead tracking
  • Act as an internal ambassador to maintain our reputation at key industry events
  • Develop cohesive communication materials across brochures, social media, and the website
  • Oversight and maintenance of the events calendar, tracking regional events and lead generation opportunities
Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communications
  • Strong writing skills with knowledge of creating social media posts
  • Creative, organized, critical, and detail-oriented work approach
  • Reliable and disciplined with good project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Will to have work assignments abroad
Compensation:

The salary for this position is approximately €55,000-€75,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
