Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Business Coordinator to join our team at the HOLY FASHION GROUP. As a key member of our Retail Services Operations & IT business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our point of sale and merchandise management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for users of the POS and merchandise management system, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the retail departments to evaluate and introduce new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Support the team in exciting projects related to process optimization and the further development of systems and processes in the retail sector.
  • Organize and implement user training courses to ensure employees have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies
  • Technical understanding or interest in technical topics in the retail environment
  • Connected, structured and goal-oriented work
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliability, flexibility and team spirit
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
  • Initial experience in retail or the textile industry is an advantage
