Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Business Coordinator to join our team at the HOLY FASHION GROUP. As a key member of our Retail Services Operations & IT business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our point of sale and merchandise management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for users of the POS and merchandise management system, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the retail departments to evaluate and introduce new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Support the team in exciting projects related to process optimization and the further development of systems and processes in the retail sector.
- Organize and implement user training courses to ensure employees have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
- Commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies
- Technical understanding or interest in technical topics in the retail environment
- Connected, structured and goal-oriented work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliability, flexibility and team spirit
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
- Initial experience in retail or the textile industry is an advantage
