Business Analyst for HR IT

The Swatch Group Services Ltd. has an IT Competence Center that supports our 16 brands with forefront digital systems, expert in the implementation of technologies to improve business and service performance. As a dynamic HR IT Business Analyst, you will work with over 300 like-minded IT Experts to design solutions, work on global projects, and build our IT environment of tomorrow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR community to analyze their requirements and design, configure, develop, train and test.
- Maintain HR (level 1 & 2), with Swiss Payroll focus (ERP HR, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent management)) & ProConcept.
- Analyze, implement and document new IT processes in the HR domain.
Requirements:
- Proven experience on Swiss Payroll ERP ProConcept.
- Strong knowledge in HR payroll solution ProConcept.
- Knowledge of the SAP HCM modules (HR Core, eRecruitment).
- Technical expertise on ORACLE, SQL Server and PL/SQL knowledge are required.
- Swiss IT Diploma (ES) / Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or in any field.
- Fluency in French and German, English is an advantage.
Estimated Salary: CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per year.
