**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Membership Coordinator to join our team in Geneva. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with members, enhancing the global presence of the organisation, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects handling budgets, communication, and content development
  • Overseeing the implementation of surveys, data collections, and reports
  • Coordinating internal groups of members and engaging with stakeholders
  • Fostering engagement within the network to enhance collaboration
  • Managing the full membership lifecycle and advising members
  • Contribute to legal research and preparation of studies and reports
  • Manage logistics, coordination, and documentation of events

**Essential Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First experience in an international organisation in Geneva
  • Project management or/and member relations management skills
  • University diploma in International Relations or in International Laws
  • Independence in managing a number of operations and member services
  • Capacity to build and maintain a network
  • Excellent writing skills in English, French, and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude
  • High capacity of organisation and multitasking
