Business Development Lead Alternative Investments

We are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Switzerland and contribute to the growth and development of Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and executing a comprehensive business development plan, and collaborating with internal divisions to deliver exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in distribution, a proven track record of building significant relationships, and the ability to work independently to achieve business growth objectives. They will also be able to provide market insights and contribute to the marketing strategy and brand-building initiatives of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue business opportunities within the wealth management segment in Switzerland.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive growth within the target market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the home office and among investors.
* Provide exceptional client service and respond to investor needs and proactively provide market insights.
* Collaborate with internal divisions (Product, Legal, Operations, etc.) to address client inquiries and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

* A minimum of 15 years of experience in distribution, with a proven track record of building significant relationships across the wealth management sector in Switzerland. Knowledge of adjacent European markets is an advantage, though not required.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently to achieve business growth objectives.
* A high-energy individual with the capacity to integrate into a performance-driven, lean team.
* A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Fluency in Swiss German, French, and Italian is an advantage but not required.
* Additional professional credentials (e.g., CIMA, CAIA, CFA, MBA) are preferred but not mandatory.
