Structured Products Sales Specialist for German-speaking Switzerland

As a structured products salesperson at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, you will play a key role in expanding our sales force in Zurich and contributing to our strategic ambitions in German-speaking Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers in German-speaking Switzerland, including independent asset managers and family offices.
  • Sell structured products, proprietary investment solutions, and Actively Managed Certificates to existing and new customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing high-quality service and adding value through tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our structuring and trading teams to bring innovative solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • University degree or higher education.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in selling structured products to independent asset managers and family offices.
  • A solid existing portfolio of independent asset managers and family offices in German-speaking Switzerland is essential, with a customer network in Ticino being a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial personality and ability to develop a client portfolio independently.
  • Team spirit, dynamism, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Native fluency in Swiss-German, with excellent English skills, and French being an asset.
