Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-OT-Experten, der das neu geschaffene IT-OT-Team leitet und die strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT-OT-Organisation übernimmt.

Aufgaben
  1. Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Leitung des IT-OT-Teams innerhalb der ICT-Abteilung.
  2. Steuerung bereichsübergreifender IT-OT-Projekte, einschließlich Ressourcenplanung und Budgetverantwortung.
  3. Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-OT-Infrastruktur und OT-Applikationen.
  4. Einführung und Pflege von Change-Prozessen sowie Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung von Betriebshandbüchern und technischer Dokumentation.
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Teams, vorzugsweise im IT-OT Bereich oder in enger Zusammenarbeit mit OT-Abteilungen.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung mit marktführenden IT- und OT-Technologien, Infrastrukturen und Anwendungen.
  • ITIL-Zertifizierung und fundierte CSV-Kenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse in Business-Analysen & Requirement Engineering.
  • Nachweisbare, fundierte Projekterfahrung im KMU- und/oder Pharma-Umfeld.
  • Technische Zusatzqualifikationen wie Citrix Expert, Microsoft Admin oder VCP sind von Vorteil.
  • Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend (mind. C1).
