B. Ihre Führungsstärke zeigt sich in Ihrer Fähigkeit, Ihr Team zu mobilisieren, bei Entscheidungen zu unterstützen und eine positive Dynamik zu schaffen. Sie bewegen sich sicher in einem sich wandelnden Umfeld, bringen Eigeninitiative mit, haben eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise und hinterfragen bestehende Prozesse konstruktiv. Sie sind strukturiert und pragmatisch und verfügen über eine ausgezeichnete Fähigkeit, regulatorische Änderungen und juristische Rahmenbedingungen im Kreditwesen zu interpretieren.
