We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team at LGT Capital Partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management and experience with ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement identity and access management controls, concepts, and practices aligning to corporate goals and directives.
- Provide administration, operational support, and service delivery for Clear Skye, the firm's IGA solution built on ServiceNow.
- Implement new functionalities in Clear Skye/ServiceNow, developing integrations with business applications using Web services (REST, SOAP) and maintenance of existing integrations.
- Support security and compliance initiatives to increase security posture.
- Closely collaborate with key IAM stakeholders to define and implement processes that fulfill the needs and are efficient and adequately supported by technology.
- Manage and update system configurations, design and document processes, operating procedures, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Work on IAM related audit matters, including management of audit response and implementation of recommendations and remediation tasks.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or relevant fields with at least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Hands-on development experience with any Enterprise IAM/IGA product and ServiceNow.
- Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, password management, Role Based Access Control, etc.
- Familiarity with IAM standards and concepts like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Identity federation, Single Sign-on, Zero Trust, enterprise directory architecture (Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID).
- Expertise in scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and automation tools to streamline IAM processes.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with independent, highly structured, and goal-oriented working style.
- Effective communication skills (English must; German would be an advantage).
- Experience in dealing with different stakeholders (business and technical).
- Experience working in the financial industry is plus.
- Home Office: after the successful probation period you will meet your colleagues three days in the office and have the option to work two days a week in the home office in Switzerland. Additionally, you get a Home Office allowance.
