Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation initiatives, from defining process templates to executing implementations.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on SAP IBP functionalities, remaining informed about new features and industry developments.
  • Oversee project delivery across all phases: Design, Development, Testing, Training, and Hypercare.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements, architect solutions, and design effective supply chain processes within SAP IBP.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IBP modules to align with business needs.
  • Conduct Unit Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, and automate test cases.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP IBP best practices and troubleshooting methods.
  • Resolve technical issues, maintain a knowledge management repository, and optimize test suites post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and ensure the SAP IBP system's stability and uptime.
  • Drive integration efforts between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems to enhance data flow.
  • Work independently in both onsite and offshore models, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in supply chain planning projects, specifically in SAP IBP implementations.
  • A minimum of 4 full lifecycle implementations of any SAP IBP module, such as Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, and S&OP.
  • If focused solely on SAP IBP support, at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth technical knowledge in solution design, integration, and development activities for SAP IBP modules.
  • Prior experience with any SAP APO module and integration methodologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Willingness to travel for essential workshops and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification.
  • Proficiency in German or French.
  • Experience with multiple modules, including IBP Demand, IBP Supply, Inventory Optimization, Demand Sensing, and Control Tower.
