Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant

Job Description

At ITL Switzerland, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant. In this role, you'll work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs, from process template definition to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on SAP IBP capabilities, staying updated on new functionalities and industry trends.
  • Responsible for overall project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training, and Hypercare.
  • Lead workshops with business to understand the business requirements, Solution Architecture, and design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP.
  • Lead the implementation, expertise level of configuration and customization of SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct Unit Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Cases Automation.
  • Provide key user training and support to end-users on SAP IBP usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide technical issues resolution, maintain knowledge management repository, and test suite optimization post go-live.
  • Collaborate with IT team and cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure the stability and uptime of SAP IBP system.
  • Drive Integration initiatives between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning projects with a focus on SAP IBP implementation.
  • Minimum 4 life cycle implementation experience on any module of SAP IBP like Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, and S&OP.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Profound technical knowledge in solution designing, technical integration, and development activities required for SAP IBP modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification.
  • German Language or French Language.
  • Worked on multiple modules like IBP Demand, IBP Supply, Inventory Optimization, Demand Sensing, and Control Tower.
