Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Global Life Sciences

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Lonza Visp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements aligned with global Lonza standards.
Your primary focus will be on labeling compliance, identifying potential risks related to regulatory changes, and implementing strategies to minimize risks associated with customer complaints, legal issues, and financial impacts on our business.
You will also provide mentorship and training to staff and collaborators on labeling regulations, processes, and standard methodologies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement labeling strategies that meet regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with global standards.
- Identify potential risks related to regulatory changes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on our business.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff and collaborators on labeling regulations, processes, and standard methodologies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Located in the picturesque town of Visp, Switzerland, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment while enjoying the benefits of living in a beautiful Swiss valley.
