The Head of Supply Chain role ensures all required materials are available at the right time and place to support timely production and shipment of products to customers. This position also oversees compliance with Safety, Quality GMP, and other relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include creating a culture based on ownership, accountability, clarity, and collaboration; developing the Supply Chain Team and members; creating and maintaining supply-related critical metrics; performing duties to ensure monthly Supply Planning processes are completed; and ensuring input from collaborators is incorporated into the supply plan.

This role requires a Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, preferably CPIM APICS. A strong background in Biotech/CDMO/Pharma industry and fluency in German and English are essential. Ability to influence leaders, good communication skills, and proficiency in analysis and MS Office suite are also required.
