Senior Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales activities for existing and new customers, developing strategies to win new customers and projects, and initiating measures to achieve business-critical cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Sales Cycle: You will lead the full sales cycle from strategy definition to contract negotiation, supported by the Solution Architect team and corporate functions.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: You will independently develop strategies, sales and marketing concepts to win new customers and projects.
  • Initiating Measures: You will initiate appropriate measures in accordance with the strategy, leading to new logos in the area of business-critical cloud services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with the Solution Architect team and corporate functions to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Completed studies or comparable training in the economic/information technology field or several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the mid and mid-large enterprises and the Swiss banking sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and team-oriented personality with a pragmatic way of working, curious, innovative, and keen to travel.
