Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced ESG Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a member of our corporate and government affairs team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the accuracy and transparency of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data quality, monitoring, and evaluation for agricultural supply chains in smallholder settings, as well as experience in verification, standardization, controls, and assurance related approaches. You will also have a deep understanding of the relationship between business impact, raw material sustainability, and reporting data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the accuracy and transparency of our ESG reporting, leveraging your expertise in data quality and analysis.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our ESG reporting.
  3. Work with research partners to analyze and interpret sustainability data for reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Partner with multi-stakeholder groups across different types of organizations to improve controls and reporting procedures.
  5. Ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and updates.

What You Will Bring

  • A strong background in data quality, monitoring, and evaluation for agricultural supply chains in smallholder settings.
  • Experience working with complex systems, understanding the relationship between business impact, raw material sustainability, and reporting data quality.
  • Proficiency in verification, standardization, controls, and assurance related approaches, with a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Knowledge of agricultural supply chains from farm through to manufacturing facilities, including sourcing and logistics.
  • Regulatory expertise, particularly in the space of agricultural raw materials for consumer food products.
