We are looking for a skilled Controller General to oversee the General Ledger function and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting at TN Switzerland.

The successful candidate will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process and manage internal controls to ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
  2. Lead the financial close process and drive improvements in accounting processes.
  3. Develop and implement effective internal controls.
  4. Coordinate audits and provide support for tax compliance.
  5. Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting processes.
  6. Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
  • Experience in a consumer-focused industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
