Actuarial Consulting Services Lead

We are seeking an experienced actuary to lead our actuarial consulting services, driving business growth and expansion in the Swiss market.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and Extend Consulting Services: Build and extend our consulting business for actuarial services, leveraging your expertise and business acumen.
- Acquire New Projects and Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new projects and business opportunities, utilizing your market knowledge and network.
- Lead Consulting Projects: Lead or support consulting projects in actuarial topics, such as finance transformation, IAS 19, ESG, reserving, and more.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams within the insurance sector and cross-sell your market expertise.
- Develop and Share Knowledge: Share your knowledge, lead and develop actuarial team members, and continuously develop your technical knowledge and soft skills.
- Support the Team: Support the rest of the team where needed in executing consulting and audit projects.
- Insurance Knowledge and Network: Your insurance knowledge and network should focus on the Swiss market, with knowledge of regulatory and accounting frameworks and requirements.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You should be an entrepreneurial spirit, with a network extending to the Romandie, and ready to contribute to building and expanding our consulting service offerings.
- Actuarial Expertise: You should have several years of work experience as an actuarial consultant and be a qualified actuary (SAV, DAV or equivalent).
- Language Skills: You should be fluent in English and German, and preferably French at a conversational level.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: We value entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to take initiative.
