About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Crypto Finance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth and servicing of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage key accounts to ensure clients can make optimal use of Crypto Finance's products and services
  • Develop strong ties within large organisations to strengthen client relationships and facilitate cross-selling
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to convert late-stage prospects into clients, prioritise efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to prospect needs
  • Further develop presence in the market by attending conferences, understanding regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments of the organisation, including Compliance, Trading, Operations, and Legal
  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the trading and custody platforms, as well as other products, in order to provide knowledgeable support to clients
  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the digital asset market landscape
  • Take a systematic approach to relationship management, including maintaining appropriate client account documentation
  • Update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and restrictions
Requirements
  • A motivated individual with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management Sales for institutional clients or similar function at a financial institution or technology company
  • A passion for blockchain technology and digital assets, including the crypto asset market
  • Relevant university degree, such as Business Administration, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and a team player
  • Highly proactive and outgoing personality
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in combination with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple ad hoc projects simultaneously
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and fast adaption of new tools required
  • Proficient level of written and spoken German and English; French is a plus
