About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Crypto Finance. As a Digital Asset Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing the digital asset needs of banks and asset managers, leveraging your passion for client service and the cross-selling of new products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales, and relationship building, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry. You will be responsible for strategically managing key accounts, developing strong ties within large organizations, and working with internal and external stakeholders to convert late-stage prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage key accounts to ensure clients can make optimal use of Crypto Finance's products and services
  • Develop strong ties within large organizations to strengthen client relationships and facilitate cross-selling
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to convert late-stage prospects into clients, prioritizing efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to prospect needs
  • Further develop presence in the market by attending conferences, understanding regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments of the organization, including Compliance, Trading, Operations, and Legal
  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the trading and custody platforms, as well as other products, to provide knowledgeable support to clients
  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the digital asset market landscape
  • Take a systematic approach to relationship management, including maintaining appropriate client account documentation
  • Update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and restrictions
Requirements
  • A motivated individual with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in account management, sales, or a similar function at a financial institution or technology company
  • A passion for blockchain technology and digital assets, including the crypto asset market
  • Relevant university degree, such as Business Administration, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and a team player
  • Highly proactive and outgoing personality
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in combination with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple ad hoc projects simultaneously
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and fast adaptation of new tools required
  • Proficient level of written and spoken German and English; French is a plus
